Ron Walker is the Vice President of Construction at Heatherwood, where he oversees and manages all construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management. Mr. Walker has managed nearly 500 million dollars’ worth of construction projects from redevelopment to full façade and roof replacement. With deep-rooted relationships within the industry, Ron effectively navigates the complexities of delivering quality projects on time. Starting his career as a carpenter, Ron has spent his entire professional life in construction. He joined Heatherwood in 2007 and has held several key positions, including Senior Project Manager, Director of Construction, and Senior Director of Construction. His extensive experience spans single-family homes, as well as multifamily garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise projects. Ron remains a hands-on manager, committed to being a “boots on the ground” leader.
