Steve is a facilities and capital programs leader with over 25 years of experience with premier institutions including Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL), Mount Sinai Health System, NYU Langone Medical Center, and Disney Cruise Lines. At CSHL, he currently oversees facilities operations, capital projects, EH&S, security, shuttle services, and housing.
Currently leading CSHL’s $400 million “Foundations for the Future” campus expansion, Steve is focused on delivering infrastructure that supports cutting-edge science while modernizing systems through strategic capital planning, departmental restructuring, and sustainability-focused initiatives.
Known for balancing long-term vision with operations, Steve has played key roles in delivering major healthcare, research, and educational infrastructure across the region. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Maritime College.
